Hi, I’m Bek Smith.
I offer public speaking, training and facilitation, coaching, consulting and event hosting for the Mental Fitness Movement.

My background is in research psychology, wellbeing coaching and physiotherapy. I've always had an interest in improving health and wellbeing for people, and as my career has developed I've expanded into improving the health and wellbeing of businesses and communities too.
Outside of the Mental Fitness Movement, I work in the fitness industry as a group exercise instructor. I’ve been teaching dance, yoga and Pilates classes for over 20 years, at a high enough level to be sponsored by Reebok from 2014 to 2019 as a professional athlete! Quite something considering I was the kind of kid who faked illness to get out of sports day at school.
My personal mission as part of the Mental Fitness Movement is to create psychologically safe spaces in our homes and workplaces. I help humans move toward greater compassion, care and contribution, and reduce the aggression and power imbalances that cause harm to people and organisations.
Hi, I’m Ben Taylor.
I offer public speaking training and facilitation, coaching , industry mentoring and event hosting for the Mental Fitness Movement.

I believe that leadership starts with love and being of service to those around us to have a positive impact in the lives that we touch each day.
I've worked in a range of public and private sector businesses and roles so have working knowledge of many different environments. I've also run my own business to deliver business and personal coaching services across Adelaide for various providers including franchises, aged and disability care and finance and accounting services to name a few.
Outside of the Mental Fitness Movement, I coach Female football in the Adelaide football league. I've been coaching junior and senior women for the past 8 years. I also coach the middle girls football program at Westminster school.......in my spare time... I love to watch my daughter play Australian Rules football and support my son who is chasing his dreams attending high school in America to play American Football.
My personal mission as part of the Mental Fitness Movement is to have a positive impact on society by being of service to people to support them in their journey of self discovery and personal development.
Hi, I’m Kirsty McCulloch.
I offer consulting in sleep/fatigue risk management and applied behavioural science, public speaking, training and facilitation, and coaching for the Mental Fitness Movement.

My PhD focused on development of risk-based fatigue risk management systems, allowing operational flexibility while ensuring individual fitness for work and improved wellbeing. I also help organisations understand and influence worker behaviour – both following significant incidents, and proactively as part of change management processes. This is always achieved through a lens of just culture, ensuring workers feel valued and are part of the solution.
Hi, I’m Saman Attarian.
I offer public speaking, training and facilitation, as well as team and individual coaching for the Mental Fitness Movement.

I am most impactful when I partner with those ready to embrace their creative selves and who have a passion for learning and development. I am experienced in helping organisations develop better structures and cultures that enhance human connectedness while maintaining high performance levels.
I am a certified professional organisational and leadership coach, currently pursuing a Master's degree in organisational psychology. With a technology background, I have also mentored individuals in their professional and spiritual development.
Outside of the Mental Fitness Movement, I actively participate in meditation circles and teach meditation and the art of spiritual dreaming.
